Monrovia Street Fair
What a fabulous night out on the town for less than $30 bucks! We walked around, listened to live music, people watched, took photos, tried some free samples, and had dinner. All this entertainment available in one complete location on Myrtle in Monrovia, CA every Friday night!
Come, join us on our blogging adventure and take a look at all we saw!
Mike here. We have been going to the Monrovia Street Fair since about 2002. No matter what phase of our life, it's been neat to just stroll around taking in the sights, sounds and smells. It's been a weird week for the nation, to say the least. It was nice to see all kinds of people just doing their thing. From awkward teens on dates, to old couples sitting listening to an even older man play the harp.
The simple act of living that's easily lost to hurried schedules and strife in the world. It's these little times and places though not special or momentous, that remind you that the sumptuous smell of bbq and funnel cake, and the sound of conversations mixed with lively music are the things that somehow seem the most meaningful sometimes. Check out the gallery of our evening! Thanks for Reading!
